The aim of the Plant Protection Course is to train plant breeding professionals who, based on their wide-ranging theoretical and practical knowledge, are able to perform management, organizational, consulting and regulatory tasks in order to prevent losses during plant cultivation.
  Such experts are able to identify the organisms, which are threatening healthy plants (incl. pathogens, pests and weeds) and they get acquainted with their biology and reproduction, and also with the effects and mechanisms of pesticides concerning even the environment and humane hygiene, moreover apply integrated viewpoints of alternatives of chemical protection.

A kurzus, a legfontosabb egészségügyi problémák kezelésére alkalmas gyógynövényeket, gyűjtési és termesztési lehetőségeiket ismerteti. A kurzus nem bátorít senkit öngyógyításra és mindenkit figyelmeztet arra, hogy a klinikai gyógyászat eszközei és segítsége nem pótolható. A gyógynövények alkalmazása csak alapos botanikai ismeretekkel, tapasztalt szakmai segítséggel és kiegészítő kezelésként alkalmazható.
